Terms and Conditions for Ghana 2026 Trip

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Ghana 2025 trip ("Trip") organized by TIUA School of Business ("Organizer"), a Georgia-based company. By reserving your spot or participating in the Trip, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Trip Organizer

The Trip is organized by TIUA School of Business, located in Georgia, USA. All inquiries should be directed to info@trinitybusiness.org.

2. Trip Cost

Total Cost: $2,500 per participant.
Payment Schedule: A deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance of $2,000 must be paid by October 1, 2024.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include [Payment Options].
No Refund Policy: All payments made toward the trip are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation by the participant.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Reservation Confirmation: Your spot is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
No Refund Policy:
- Due to the nature of the trip and advance arrangements, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellations by Organizer:
If TIUA School of Business cancels the Trip for any reason, participants will receive a full refund. The Organizer is not responsible for additional costs, such as airfare.

4. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

5. Travel Requirements

Passports and Visas: Participants are responsible for obtaining a valid passport and visa for Ghana. TIUA School of Business will provide guidance but is not responsible for securing these documents.
Health and Vaccinations: It is the participant's responsibility to meet any vaccination or health requirements. TIUA School of Business is not liable for any health issues arising from the trip.
Insurance: Participants are required to purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and repatriation. Proof of insurance may be required before departure.

6. Trip Inclusions and Exclusions

What’s Included:

Hotel Accommodations: Luxury accommodations for the entire trip.
Daily Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is included at the hotel.
Guided Tours: Comprehensive tours of key Ghanaian landmarks, including cultural sites and historic locations.
Local Transportation: All in-country transportation for scheduled activities and events.
Cultural and Networking Events: Access to curated cultural experiences and professional networking opportunities.

What’s Not Included:

International airfare to and from Ghana.
Passport and visa fees.
Travel insurance.
Personal expenses (e.g., souvenirs, laundry, tips).
Meals not included in the itinerary (lunch and dinner unless otherwise specified).

7. Changes to Itinerary

TIUA School of Business reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or local regulations. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

TIUA School of Business acts solely as a coordinator for accommodations, transportation, and activities.
TIUA School of Business is not liable for injuries, illnesses, losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party providers or any force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest).
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless TIUA School of Business from any claims arising out of their participation in the Trip.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to act respectfully and adhere to local laws and customs. TIUA School of Business reserves the right to remove any participant from the Trip for behavior deemed disruptive or harmful.

10. Media Release

By participating in the Trip, you grant TIUA School of Business permission to use photographs, videos, or testimonials for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, you must notify TIUA School of Business in writing before the Trip.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. No other verbal or written agreements shall alter or amend the terms herein.
